Shipping policy

Order Processing Time:
•⁠  ⁠All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

  - Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (domestic)
  - Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (domestic)
  - International shipping delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Shipping Rates:
•⁠  ⁠Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose.
•⁠  ⁠Free standard shipping is available for orders over 10.000,00 TL  (or your currency equivalent).

International Shipping:
•⁠  ⁠We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders will be provided at checkout.
•⁠  ⁠Please note, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply for international shipments. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking:
•⁠  ⁠Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
•⁠  ⁠You can also check your order status through the "Order Tracking" page on our website.

Shipping Restrictions:
•⁠  ⁠We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
•⁠  ⁠We are unable to ship to some international locations. Please check our list of available shipping countries at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
•⁠  ⁠While we take every precaution to ensure your order is shipped safely, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility. Please contact the carrier directly if you encounter any issues with your shipment.
